In partnership with AAW

To support our ambitious investment in fundraising growth, we need to bring together the very best team. That’s why the Mines Advisory Group is proud to be partnering with specialist fundraising leadership and search consultancy, the AAW Group.

AAW’s deep sector knowledge and consultancy-led approach to recruitment ensures that they can truly understand which people will best fit our roles. For more information about AAW’s Executive Search, Shortlisting or Interim recruitment services, see below.

  • “The service from AAW was genuinely outstanding throughout. We had great hands-on support with the development of the recruitment pack, good communication through the executive search stage and were presented with a wide-ranging pool of candidates that more than met our specification. The team advised on process, were on hand to support deliberations and undertook all the administration seamlessly. We’ve made a great appointment and I’m delighted with the result. Heartily recommended.”
